PAYMENTS:
Our preference at TL is the client pays directly to the dealership and only send us proof of payment for following up.
- We only get hold of clearance fees and our charge
- Local payments usually take 24 - 48 hours and foreign payments 48 - 72 hours.
- NB: This is done to reduce any risk as the seller should be the one receiving the payment thus ours is just a facilitation.
LEAD TIME:
The time it takes from day payment is received at chosen dealership to the time vehicle can be delivered in Zimbabwe.
- We wait for dealership to handover the NATIS/car registration book first then we can start the clearance to Zimbabwe. - It usually takes 3 - 6 working days.

- ii) The clearing process is faster if you have an EXPORT PERMIT/CUSTOMS CODE issued by South African Revenue Authority.
- If not in possession then we have an option of buying it in our own name then client do ownership change in Zimbabwe. OR - We apply for your own permit at a cost of R5000. Waiting period is 4 - 10 working days.
